  : Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, it is in a great location and the building was beautiful. Space was good, beds were comfy and they were nice enough to set up the sofa bed in advance of our arrival. Would recommend.
  : They didnt provide a hair dryer and some towels had stains. check in took longer than other places. Cigarette butts were left in the balcony.

  : Great location - historical centre is in a walking distance (bus stop to the beaches of Matosinhos nearby). The spacious appartment was a very good choice for a couple and small child.

  : The location is good, its near the bridge and easy to find good restaurants surrounding. Besides, the breakfast is good, we enjoyed the juice and the bread, its good for us. The receptionist is very nice and patient, she had provided details rules for how to living and check out. The parking cost is very reasonable with the discount from the receptionist, so we are very happy to live here! Besides, the room is very comfortable with small kitchen, and we can cook by ourselves once the weather is not so good!
  : No elevator, so if your luggage is heavy, its need some effort to take the luggage if you are live in the higher stock.

  : Location was good. Parking was a little far away but understandable in Porto-happy that it was a reasonably priced lot. The renovations are beautiful. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

  : Very nice welcome from the staff and easy check out.
  : Quite a few things. The drain in one bedroom was blocked and made the bathroom smell of sewerage. There was a constant buzzing sound all night. There was a light which wouldnt switch off in one bedroom. There was no iron or ironing board. The bathrooms were tiny and lacking in any space to put your toiletries.

  : I have to admit, among all the 4 hotels I booked for my holiday in Spain/Portugal, this is the most disappointing one. The location is fine and staff are friendly. However, that seems the only good things I can think of. Our room is at the ground floor, directly facing the road. In my opinion it is more a proper place for reception rather than guest room. You can NOT open the windows at any time of a day, otherwise everyone passby will see through the room which is supposed to be your private place. As a result, you can imagine how good the air in this room could be. And by closing the windows for the whole day, you will not get even a minute chance to enjoy any sunshine or even proper natural light in the room. I just felt like I have been locked in a smelly box for 3 days. Furthermore, there are also some misc issues: 1) the hot water is not enough for 2 persons, so you'd better wait 1 hour in between; 2) the light and air system in the bathroom is always connected, which means you need to listen to the very big noise every time you need to use the bathroom; 3) our bulb in the corridor is broken in the first day (It is fixed by the staff afterwards. But should it be done before the guest check-in?); 4) we find the toilet paper is soaked by some liquid right after checking in. I hope it is just water...... I went to the reception with all those issues, but obviously there are very limited things they can do. I will not recommend this place.
