  : The place was really beautiful, with spacious apartments, very clean. Outdoor area was also amazing, all as described and visible on pictures. Donkeys are also very cute.
  : It was first time we chose a stay that is managed "remotely" and we really didn't like that part. I guess if everything goes well it can be great but if you end up having a problem it will take you many messages on chat and time. WiFi not working? 3 hours to solve. Breakfast not delivered for our last morning? We tried to solve it day before but ended up getting it last minute and didn't even get apology for the inconvenience. For me: not relaxing at all. Also closeness of racing track may bother some people - in case of race going on you are going to hear it all day long.

  : Burro Ville is a small complex of completely self contained accommodations . They surround a garden with a pool and have a mountain view. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast basket that arrived every day was a very nice touch. Will stay again.

  : I had the illusion that this facility truly featured these endangered donkeys. In my case I had to go and peak around the stable areas to find them. Maybe just bad luck the night I was there? In my opinion the cost of going to this farm is only worth it if you want to pay for good quality accommodation.

  : Firstly, the check-in experience was very poor (and frankly scary experience for those who may not have internet) Theres no one at this remote property. When we arrived, we then messaged the host, who replied like an AI chatbot and replied slowly. 40 minutes after we arrived, we still did not have our room details. Secondly, after we finally got access to a room, we realised that the water from the taps and bathroom is brown and dirty. This should have been told to us earlier, and the host insisted that they had, but they did not. They then expected us to live with the brown, unfiltered water for 3 nights. I do not think this is a one-off incident as we noticed their pool was brown/greenish too. No one should be expected to bathe and wash hands with brown, unfiltered water.

  : While there are indeed donkeys they are across the road in a closed off separate property and not in burro ville as the pictures would have you believe.
  : This will be the lowest review I will have given to a property in all my time using booking.com. We booked a room for two nights and paid extra separately for breakfast (10EUR per person). We came here for a relaxing couple of days for my wife's birthday. 1. Yellow/brown water - When we arrived we found that the water coming out of the taps and shower was yellow / brown (see photos) - We messaged the host to see if they could move us to another room to which they said it was not possible - In the morning they informed us that the water is "safe" to use for showering. You can see the colour of the water to make up your own mind... - Ultimately they did nothing about the water, so we decided to leave the property in the morning to find another place to stay on my wife's birthday. 2. Breakfast - A few slices of ham and cheese, stale bread, two eggs. - For 10EUR per person I expected better. We could have just gone to a nearby supermarket and bought a better breakfast. 3. Donkeys - Not at all what it appears from the photos. They are closed off in another property and no one told us anything about going to see them. - We by chance passed by someone working there and we asked if we could see them and had a short 5 minute visit through a fence. Otherwise there was nothing organised to see the donkeys. 4. Customer service - As we had to leave after the first night I think it would be fair to refund us at least the second night as it's clear we couldn't have a shower and the property was not fulfilling it's requirements. (I didn't even ask for a refund for the first night or breakfast) - They had the royal cheek to refuse even after booking.com customer service asked them to refund us. - booking.com decided to give me some credit as a result. Avoid this place.
