When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Buffet Restaurant – Available for breakfast with mandatory entry time;

- Restaurant “A Panela” (A la Carte) – Available for dinner with mandatory appointment and subject to availability.*
*Dress Code: Smart Casual evening wear is recommended. Slippers and pool/beach clothing are not allowed.

- Half Board Service refers to a Chef's Suggestion Menu served at the “A Panela” Restaurant.

- Pool Bar - Seasonal

- Lobby Bar - from 18:00 to 24:00

- Indoor Swimming Pool – Located outside the Hotel (approximately 24 meters away)

- Gym – Located outside the Hotel (approximately 24 meters away)

- SPA Circuit (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath and Relaxation Pool) – Forbidden to minors under 16, booking is mandatory and subject to availability.

Please note that the use of the Indoor Pool and SPA Circuit requires the use of a swimming cap.

- Treatments and Massages – By appointment and subject to availability.
