  : The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet.
  : There is no elevator. I have to thrash my garage away outside the apartment in an alley before checkout. No complimentary water provided.

  : Nice and clean apartment with most of the equipment needed. Plenty of cookers also it's nice that they offer oil and salt for cooking.
  : BE AWARE!!! There was noise every EARLY MORNING coming from the neighbor as they're doing some construction work. It is understandable that people might need renovating their house but we were not told in before while we're booking the accommodation. VERY LOUD NOISE and very disturbing. (noise of hitting and drilling walls...etc) We've informed the owner of the apartment from the first morning and they're saying that "We'll get back to you soon", but so far nothing positive action was made till even now! Only saying it's not their responsibility if the noise is coming from the neighbor. TBH this is definitely the responsibility of the property side, which the guests should deserve some kind of compensation for instance "partially refund"? This way both side would take the consequences instead of the owner taking all the benefits and then the guests would taking all the consequences which is NOT FAIR. We won't stay here if we knew there will be this noise coming every morning, we've booked the room with the balcony/garden but due to the loud noise, we're not even able to stay outside the garden which it's definitely a waste!

  : Got great directions to the property and unit. The location is just a 30 minute stroll to Belem historical area. Enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio in the evening. Having a washing machine was handy. Good shower.
  : For three of us there were few supplies meeting our needs such as toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish cloth or dish towels. The unit had some dishes and cooking utensils but some were located in higher cupboards with no way to access them such as step stool.

  : The apartment is spacious and bright, that I liked.
  : Where should I start lol....well my biggest complaint is the terrible communication by the staff (Joo)...had to wait for almost two hours until I could move into my room cause the key box is broke...I didn't reach any person, called the number he gave me several times, noone picked Up...in the end I was only able to move in cause a lovely neighbour helped me to find a key under the carpet. He also said the keybox of that Apartment (5) is broken...he (Joao) adressed me with a wrong name several times (Diana) and sent me a wrong link for the tax payment...furthermore it's not as clean and new like in the pictures, especially the 'garden' terrasse is not very nice, only plastic plants and trash laying around...the couch smells like a person died there lol, had to cover it with a towel to be able to sit on it. ..also many items that are listed in the description are just not existent...all in all it was ok to sleep there for one night.

  : We were in an apartment with a little terrace, which basically meant that the whole place was quite dark the whole day, as the terrace was surrounded by other parts of the house (and the "garden views", mentioned in the appartment description, mean these walls in reality). Because of this, the room was quite cold as well, even we were staying there at the beginning of September (and in addition to that, the air conditioning was working at full speed when we came, which was really not comfortable as we came about 18h later than expected due to the problems with our flight connection - about which we let the provider know - so it was working the whole day and night). Another unpleasant thing is that the walls do not prevent the noise from other apartments much (so the evenings are quite noisy there - and just a conversation of the neighbous is enough, I do not think they would have been partying there). Regarding the kithcen utensils and equipment, it was not sufficient - the pots were not big enough, so cooking for more than two people or more than one dish at once is not really possible. I would recommend to provide a wooden spoon for cooking, peeler, bigger cups for tea and a baking paper at least. There was also a little problem with shower - the 'tube' was falling out from the 'handle'.

  : The apartment was very nice, light and spacious. Its only a short walk to the Torre de Belen and the restaurants surrounding it. Public transport takes you to the city center and surrounding areas working 20-30 mins. Staff is very friendly and their response time is quick.
  : It can get quite loud in the surrounding area. Especially at night there were quite a few dogs that kept barking. Other than that everything was lovely.
