  : Apart from the check in experience, the appartement was great. Excellent location and sunny terrace. Very nice!
  : Check-in was far away from the property, not very convenient having to get across the city carrying bags. Communication before arriving could be better, and why do you have to fill out personal information on the property's own website instead of through booking? Also, the gas boiler has a will of its own, so sometimes difficult to shower with warm water.

  : Everything else. It's the perfect location in a great part of the city. Botanics and great cafes, restaurantes etc just up the street. Gay area just down the street
  : Shocking check-in experience. I waited on the street for over an hour and 30min. No one in the office. No one answering the phone or texts. Was joined by a cpl and 2 other ppl... Also having to wait.My second time at this property. Its an amazing apartment, location etc... But found myself having same issues as my first stay and new ones. Delapided iron and board( un usable). Both external roller shutters broken ( no privacy from the apartments across the street). I repaired myself! Shower broken, just hung there, as the fitting was lose. Water pressure is so bad, hot water was an issue. And PILLOWS, my god it good!.

  : Great place and so near everything. Everything worked well. And we had great sleep and rest at this place
  : Only down side is toilet be little small and shower drain is very slow to empty so we have to wait between us to give tine for water to empty. Also gas hot water only works in shower when turn hot water in kitchen tap. Wardrobe will be great addition as there is no space to put clothes. And apart is very cold.

  : The apartment is very spacious and has a very nice balcony. The location is perfect. We have some criticism but had a pleasant stay.
  : I tried to contact the company regarding check in via mail and whatsapp and received no answer at all until I called them the night before. Unfortunately I hadn't realized that the key had to be picked up on the other side of the city center which is unpleasant when traveling with several bags and a baby. My question if I could pick the key up before 15h, even just half an hour earlier because it would have made things a lot easier for us, was denied. It is of course their good right, just not very guest friendly. The house itself is very nice. We would have however wished for a more thoughtful equipment. There are for example no small spoons available. The internet is really, really slow. Even though there is a washing machine, there's no washing powder available which isn't really helpful because travellers that stay only for a few days won't buy a whole box of washing powder. Also the shower definitely needs a fixing.

  : The apartment is big and comfortable, great balcony, nice kitchen. When you open all the doors theres a great breeze through the whole place. The location is also good.
  : Wasnt allowed to check-in 15 minutes before even though the place was ~20min car ride away. When I got the keys and went to the apartment the cleaning person was still there. There was also not hot water in the apartment, and later found out I had to open the kitchen tap so that the heater would activate and keep it open while I showered (waste of water). The bathroom was clean but there was mosquitoes in the corner of the shower (ceiling). The apartment needs a little tlc.

  : The location was excellent, the street is quiet at night. The decor is modern. The bed was comfortable. It was decently clean.
  : Homing, the management company, manages the property awfully.First, I found out after the booking that I had to go pick up the keys from a different address, over 40 minutes away from the property. I never heard of this anywhere in the world with Booking.com or similar services. Guests have to pay out of their pocket to reach the office to get the keys and then reach the property. When you have a big luggage its not fun, its two taxi trips.The staff was also rude at every interaction I had with them, to the point where they were almost yelling at me on the phone.Dont bother messaging them on Booking.con or emailing them to the address they provide, the only way to contact them is to call them, again, a cost for the guests.Beware that theyll take a deposit from your card, two days after checkout Im still waiting for the refund. Again, never heard of this in a hotel, b&b or Airbnb.Now, the problems with the flat itself. The worst part was this awful smell of cigarettes at all hours coming from the neighbours apartment. Im usually tolerant with cigarettes, this was something else, it would reach every room of the apartment even with al windows closed.The blinders in the living room were broken so they couldnt be pulled down, keep it in mind if you plan to have people sleeping on the sofa bed. The mattress of the sofa bed was disgusting, smelly and stained. I asked for an extra duvet for the person sleeping on the sofa bed and they said theyd bring it the next day since it was off hours for the cleaning team (it was 7pm on a Friday). They didnt care that one of the guests basically didnt have the necessary bed supplies, which is the one thing theyre supposed to provide.We also had issues with the hot water. After two cold showers, we found out that we had to turn on the tap in the kitchen first, wait 10 minutes and then eventually some warm water reached the shower, not hot but better than ice cold.

  : The appartment is located near Baixa, with its many bars and restaurants. In the near a small supermarket Miniprecio can be found, bus (5mn) and metro (10mn) are in the near. The apartment provides many accommodations, like a washing machine or a toaster. Table, chairs, furnitures are provided and in very acceptable state. Bed room and pillows are very good. Bed sheets are clean and 'smell fresh', Kitchen is clean, first days supplies provided (except for washing machine), this is really appreciable! Homing as a company is a good business partner, and its system sends clear emails (e.g. Complete address, Wifi information is provided in the confirmation email, nice touch!). Welcome Center workers are helpful.
  : Stores are OLD, not maintained, not functioning or not fully as expected. This problem is known since more than one year. Wait at least three months after this review if you may have a problem with it. The ventilation of the apartment is somehow coupled with the neighbor's apartment. And the neighbor smokes a lot. Bath room is small, and would 'appreciate some refresh' (other comments are more explicit). We recommend to read clearly the Homing emails and apartment description. Some Homing employee called the day before we travel and insistently request that we come at 13:00 to get the key. Lisbon welcome center denied this as they provide the keys only starting 15:00, as explicitly written in the description.
