  : Great Location and stunning flat! And the offices for Ando Living were near by so we could leave our luggage when we got there and day we checked out. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much for them. Depali went out of her way to recommend places/things we asked. Everything was walking distance and we would definately return to the same flat. Any issues we had were sorted out efficiently.

  : There was a strong drainage smell in apartment 101. I was told that this was a known problem and I wish we had gotten informed about it before. If you are noise sensitive request a flat higher up than 1st floor since you hear the coffee shop downstairs as from 8 am onwards (music and people chatting). It wasnt a problem for us as we were up early anyway and our teenage daughter sleeps through any noise

  : A centralized location allows access to about all sites, restaurants, shops and close enough to come back to retrieve forgotten items as it often happens when taking a break from tiring tours. The staff was prompt in responding to my messages especially when we arrived. They held our luggage so we could start touring until the check-in time of 3 pm. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for the four of us: clean and nicely decorated, pleasant and charming. Thoughtfully provided amenities such as a bottle of welcome wine, a bag of nuts, and chocolates on the table were sweet gestures that were much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again and again, thank you.

  : The location was incredibly convenient, to Baixa and to the metro, but still somehow felt nicely tucked away. The flat was a very comfortable base to return to, quiet and brightly daylit. The actual flat was a very good fit to the photos provided in advance

  : The location was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance of so many of the places we wanted to visit and easy to get a rideshare to & from. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, and the wine and nuts were a nice little touch! My parents came with me on this trip and they loved the apartment so much. We would definitely return for a stay in the future. Also loved the Lisbon pocket guide I was sent and the book in the apartment on Lisbon restaurants.
  : We liked everything about this apartment except for one tiny detail. Whenever we'd come back after a few hours or a full day of sightseeing, we'd walk back into a slightly smelly apartment. We couldn't figure out what it was at first and then realized it must be either a city or building plumbing issue. It wasn't terrible -- we'd just open a window and let the place air out for a few minutes and it was fine. It wasn't awful, but it also wasn't pleasant to walk into a gorgeous apartment with a slight smell. There were air fresheners throughout, but they were all empty so the only thing I would suggest to the hosts is to always make sure the air fresheners are full and working. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.
