  : - The house was clean and the bed was comfortable.
  : - Although the property's location is well served by transportation options, it is on a route for airplanes to land in Lisbon's airport. Account for noise between 5/6am to 12pm.- Check-in is not in the property. Account for the time/money to go to the managing company ("Homing") check-in centre to pick up the keys (located at Largo do Rato).- Upon arrival to the property we found that we were given the wrong key.- "Luckily" the cleaning staff was still at the property (which shouldn't, because we asked for check-in at a specific time, 5pm).- We booked this apartment mostly for the parking facility. The previous guests took the garage key with them and Homing did not have a spare... The solution they provided was to pay for our parking on the street (which, on top of being more insecure, it was impractical because we can only park the car on the same spot for 4 hours: we needed to be back to our car every 4 hours). "Luckily", parking on the street was free on weekends.- The check-in "complications" described above made us late for a business appointment.- There was no internet (apparently, an ISP problem). Despite promises to provide a solution (for example, a hotspot) we got nothing.All this process was dealt with a lot of phone calls, every time talking to a different person. We needed to explain our situation repeatedly. Very unprofessional service from Homing. In the end Homing offered to return the value of one night as a compensation. We accepted but obviously preferred that none of the issues occurred.We will never book an apartment again with Booking. Their TOS state Complaints or claims in respect of the Trip (including related to the offered (special/promotion) price, policy or specific requests made by Customers) are to be dealt with by the Trip Provider. Booking.com is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in respect of such complaints, claims and (product) liabilities.

  : We liked the property, it was very spacious and clean expect for the freezer was dirty and the blinds was broken and no one mentioned this to us. The location was good and access to public transport was near. The beds was also very very comfortable.
  : Collecting the key was really hard, we are new to the area and it took nearly 2 hours to find the welcome centre using the google map even when we asked the public they too had to search on google map. I would rather the key was at the property in a key box. Also there was no access to free parking, we had to pay and park even though it said free parking available on the booking.

  : It has a kitchen where you can cook..
  : Terrible attitude of the staff! The haven't respected the payment procedure: they put a hold on the deposit earlier than should have, they didn' t refund the deposit as they have said in the e-mail they sent. I tried to ask for explanations but nobody answers the phone, nor the messages, e-mails. For late check-in they charge 30 euros extra. I haven't received any invoice yet: neither for the accomodation, nor for the late check-in fee, though I explicitely reqiured several times. I hope the Booking is going to solve these problems.
