  : we were mostly locked out of the apartment the whole weekend because some people couldnt use the key to open the door - the key needs replaced which they knew about before we stayed there because they warned us theres a trick to open it however this didnt always work

  : Quiet street, which is a plus since the old town can be very busy and loud at night.Very central location right in the heart of old Lisbon. Bathroom was clean which is always great.LovelyStay team was very reactive, pleasant and helpful.It has everything you need for a short stay.
  : 1. It is very dark with no direct light in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. One has to keep the lights on all day to see something. I believe this is ok for tourists since people are out and about all day to visit the city, but for working professionals like us who had to stay in, it was uncomfortable and depressing spending all day and night with artificial light. For information, the pictures uploaded (living room, kitchen and second bedroom) were taken at 11am with sunshine and blue sky.2. There was a horrific sewage smell coming from the main bedroom, mostly in the evening. This caused us to sleep in the second bedroom and keep the door of the main bedroom closed to prevent it from spreading in the entire apartment. I know this often happens in old buildings here in Lisbon but that doesnt make it ok. For a group of 4 this can be an issue since 2 people would have to sleep in this and inhale it at night. To be clear, it is a very strong and harsh stench which is not tolerable even with the strongest of wills. This issue was reported to the property manager who confirmed they would look into it so hopefully this will be fixed for the next visitors.

  : Staff is very friendly and easily to be reached. Location is A+++
  : Appartment requires renovation, bathroom and kitchen not hygienic and cockroaches kept us awake. Appartment has no AC and leaving the window open will for fresh air, will keep you awake due to the streetnoise. Pillows of the beds are limited and not firm enough

  : Nice, big, well-decorated apartment in the historical centre.
  : I had to collect keys in another building, in the sweltering heat, carrying suitcases upstairs myself. They have silently charged me a city tax which was not mentioned in the booking description. On checking out, I have accidentally left the key in the door - and the host, without a warning and with a poor explanation, has charged me an insane amount (75 EUR, then 48 EUR more) for the locksmith. Do NOT allow them to collect the payment themselves. They do whatever they want and treat their customers like a nuisance. Also there's a stinking communal garbage bin - inside of the building, for some reason.

  : Good location and good setup of the apartment.
  : We were forced upon arrival to walk to 3 different spots in the city in order to check in. Then we were given a key and were sent to find the apartment. Not very good way to start your holidays...

  : The entire neighborhood was smelling like sewage because of some street work being done. The smell made its way into the flat at night time for some reason.
