  : Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated lobby and excellent service from the staff. Check-in was smooth, and we received clear instructions about parking.I had booked two rooms, one for my partner and me and one for my parents. Both rooms was very beautiful. The interior design throughout the hotel was very elegant and well-thought-out.One evening, we spent time at the rooftop bar, which had a stunning view. We enjoyed snacks and cocktails, which were good, and the staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, but the portions were small, so it was good that it was also buffet-style.All the staff were very nice and professional, making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
  : However, there were some issues. First, the hotel could be accessed from two street levels, which was new to me and initially seemed interesting. However, we realized our rooms on the second and third floors faced a very noisy street, making it feel like we were in a basement. The third-floor room was an accessible room, which none of us needed, and it felt like we were taking it away from someone who might.In the second-floor room, I was disappointed because the bathroom wasn't clean. I found hair on the sink, mold on the shower walls, and there was no ventilation, causing the mirror to fog up and making the room damp. The toiletries were supposed to be refillable but were half-empty when we arrived.Additionally, the hallways on both floors smelled, likely due to plumbing issues, as there was public restroom on the third-floor.

  : The breakfast spread was really amazing. Also, the hotel went above and beyond with a special welcome treat that was left in our room the first night. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The location was really great as well - very close to the train station so it was easy to get around Lisbon.
  : The lack of amenities - no fitness center or pool, but it’s a boutique property so not fully expected.

  : I selected the option for two seperate beds at the time of booking months before our stay. Upon arrival I was informed that option was missed and no rooms were available. No effort was made to find another suitable option.

  : Our room was great (we had the suite), the location was very nice - close to the center but also not directly down town, room service surprisingly good, the staff was very friendly
