: Great location and warm and welcoming staff, with good breakfast and nice other guests.
: Because the building has very high ceilings, the stairs were much more onerous than we had expected. So guests should be more prepared than we were to climb eight steps of stairs (four floors) - our fault for not understanding this, not the host's.

: The location of this property is really good, its only a 5 - 10 minute walk to popular places. The staff were friendly & the view from my room was gorgeous.
: This property is on the 4th floor & there are a lot of stairs, which can be challenging when youre carrying your luggage. The only thing I would probably suggest with my room, is perhaps a mirror on the wall near the TV & the power point. There didnt seem to be a power point in the bathroom for a hairdryer & where the power points were, there was no mirror.

: Sandra was exceptional , both friendly and helpful. The position is also good for access to most sites and resteraunts
: The lack of lift doesn't make it easy to carry luggage up .Also the bathroom needed a fan as it completely steamed up .The window blinds didn't work making the room quite dark , the sky light was open and there wasn't a pole to close it in case it rained..

: The flights of stairs are hard but we knew about the stairs before we arrived. Breakfast was ok but limited- but not much choice.
