  : The apartment was well equipped for cooking. Clean towels and laundry. Air conditioning worked. Nice dining table. The company letting send someone to repair the broken lock on the front door right away.
  : Difficult to sleep because of noise from traffic. I ended up moving the mattress to the living room where there is a sofa bed (that is so-so in comfort). I was there for 5 nights (and paid 850 euros) and didn't have enough toilet roll. Only 2 dishwasher tablets. Since I was there for only 5 days, it is unreasonable to make me buy these things. When I asked about this, I received a reply about it being company policy not to provide more than these minimal complimentary items. There is nowhere in shower to place your bottles of shampoo etc. You either have to put them at your feet, in which case they float because the shower doesn't drain well, or have them outside the shower, in which case you make the toilet floor wet. The shower overflows. You often hear cats fighting in the outdoor area. If you are 6 people and want to share 3 double beds at a cheap price, it is very good value. If you are a solo traveller attending a congress (or a couple) wanting toilet paper and sleep, I think this is not the ideal apartment.

  : A nice appartement located at 20 minutes of walk from Belm and next to bus 670 heading to the city centrer. A couple of things was a bit frustrating in the appartment when we arrived... Sofa/bed was broken, not enough glasses or spoons etc... It smells not so good on the terrasse. But staff was very kind (special thanks to Sofia) who helped us by fixing broken bed ans bringing what we needed to feel confortable.
  : Cleaning should be much better than it is.

  : The decor in the apartment and the size was amazing! The location isn't too bad, but about a 1hr walk to the main centre of Lisbon.
  : When it rains the apartment floods, there was a lot of water in the apartment after a storm one night. If you're a light sleeper it might not be ideal as the road is close to the bedrooms so there is a lot of noise and lights.

  : The apartment is very stylish decorated. The host company is also very friendly and helpful.
  : The whole place was very stinky. You could smell canalisation all the time and nothing helped to get rid of it. Some parts of the apartment had a strong pee smell. My closes literally smelled like the apartment when I returned back home. There were many insects, especially cockroaches and flys. In the ceiling there were some animals who were constantly scratching. It was a horrible week at this place. Also the kitchen equipment didn't work. It was impossible to turn on the stove and the cooking panel. Also I couldn't sleep in the bedroom because of the heavy noises out of the street. I woke up 10 times during the night and had to move to the couch in the living room. My worst stay ever.

  : Big and comfy living room and terrace. Loved the Nespresso machine. Neat and modern interior design. Good lounging capabilities in the living room (nice couch and chairs). The air conditioning was very good in all rooms. Cute and cozy suggestions placed around the apartment (for example recipes and playlist for music). The service from the hosts was generally good. When a problem was described, they acted to fix it and communicated in a professional manner.
  : The cleaning should preferably be better considering the cleaning fee included in the price. Some arrangements would be needed for the perfect stay. For example better drainage in the shower (it easily gets flooded), better inspection before renting out (make sure its completely clean), better ventilation in the bathroom (to avoid odours), darkening curtains for the bedrooms (it gets too bright because of street lights and of course day light in the morning). It is a bit noisy in the bed rooms because of the heavily trafficked street and ground floor, but I would say it is manageable and you can get used to it if you're from a larger city.

  : Good location although the road was super busy and not great for yound children.
  : Upon arrival it was clear the flat was infested with insects and rodents. We saw many cockroaches and there was a massive swarm of flies in the kitchen diner. There were loud rodent noises in the bathroom ceiling. There were also rodent droppings. From the size of the droppings & the noise in the bathroom, we think the apartment had rats living in it. There was no kettle & the oven did not work.We complained & asked to be moved. The hosts were unsympathetic & rude. We came back one day to find they'd sprayed strong chemicals in the flat. There were dead flies everywhere left on the floor & the smell was unbearable. One of us vomited and the other had respiratory issues. We told them this was unacceptable but they simply fumigated the property again the next day when we were out.We obviously had to leave, and the hosts told us booking would rehome us and ring us with the details. This was simply a lie and booking (when we rang them) told us this was something they would never do. By the time we discovered this we couldn't find anywhere else, so had to find people's sofas to crash on.The hosts refunded the nights we did not stay, but flatly refused to refund the days we were forced to be in the apartment under such unsanitary conditions. Speaking to them was horrible. They were manipulative, grasping and contemptuous. I strongly suggest that if possible you book elsewhere.They also told us repeatedly before we checked in that we needed to pay in full or they would cancel our booking. As we had already paid in full several months prior this was a shock and took many hours to resolve via booking. they then resent the intimidating message. This messed up our travel plans as we did not know if we would have a reservation when we got there. The hosts then blamed booking, but booking told us it was nothing to do with them.
