  : Very large apartment in a great location in Belem. It was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon.
  : It's a bit of a pain to pick up keys in downtown Lisbon. Some coffee and basic spices could make for a nice touch.

  : We didnt like anything about this apartment, Im afraid. Maybe a nice cafe nearby that we really enjoyed.
  : The apartment was dirty, the pillows and bed were extremely uncomfortable - in fact we would wake up every morning with some rust particles that were falling from the ceiling (pretty disgusting). The wifi didnt work well, only in the living room but didnt reach the before on. Moreover, we had to buy our own toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the dishes. The location is tricky but theres public transport nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants. We didnt like it and we would not recommend.

  : The apartment is a 3 minutes walk to the Mosteiro dos Jernimos and all the other sights like the Belm Tower etc. You can see the sea and the Padro dos Descobrimentos from the window.Perfect for 4 people
  : The kitchen was a joke. The dishwasher died after 4 days and the maintenance guy came, in my absence, and took away the washing machine.so we were left with a broken dish washer and no washing machine, fantastic if you travel with 4 children.The fuses must be from before 1945, impossible two have the oven turned on and cook at the same time.Apart from a lot of useless apology, the renting agency did strictly nothing.What a shame, could have been a great stay in a nice apartment.

  : Staff were excellent, let us check in early and were very helpful. The apartment is in a good location, close to the train station and shops / restaurants. There's plenty of room in the apartment and the beds were comfortable. We had enough fans for each room and a plug in air conditioner in the living room.
  : The apartment wasn't particularly clean, with insects on some of the bedding and some dirt on the floors. The shower drained very badly so even after a short time water pooled round your feet. And the check in office is quite far from the apartment itself, so a taxi was the only way to get between them.

  : The apartment is in a great location plenty of tourist attractions nearby and the train station only 5 minute walk. There is a week beach ticket available for 14 (cais de Sodre line) Plenty of fans available with air conditioning unit in the living room.Shower is great plenty of pressure and hot water, we bought a drain cleaner and it seem to alleviate the problem.Plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses. Mugs were a bit small I do enjoy a big mug of tea/coffee.Washing machine and dishwasher are both working the problem with the dishwasher was that it WASN'T PLUGGED in. For future visitors the switch on the wall alternates either appliance both cannot be used at the same time.I really enjoyed my stay at this location the park is pretty much on your doorstep with plenty of restaurants and cafes even a McDonald's on the corner opened till 2am.
  : Not a big issue with us we're the type of family that MAKE IT WORK. The oven only works when everything else in the apartment is switched off eg hoover, fans air conditioning unit. Cleanliness is eye level clean, the main parts were clean but behind and on top of some furniture was a bit grubby.The TV works only as a smart TV you can sign into your own Netflix or Amazon but the HDMI lead is missing to connect the TV box to the telly.I've stayed in a few airbnbs now and the only other niggly thing is no spices to cook with or oil other places have had previous tenants leave their toiletries or bits of long life food products for future visitors.

  : Great location. Apartment with old world charm 5 minutes walk away from key Belem monuments. The key pick up was good - our host met us at the apartment. Very convenient car park 2 minutes away with electric charging.
  : Cleanliness and maintenance of this place were far below what one could expect which caused us quite some discomfort. There were insects ( dead and live!) on the bedding, black debris on the bedding and floor in several areas of the flat caused. The bathroom floor was cracked, stained and dusty, toilet brush was broken- overall bathroom condition requires far more upkeep and cleaning. There were no basics like handwash/soap and dishwasher liquid. Very disappointing - I communicated my complaint on this platform to the hosts and received no response at all.

  : Great location, right next to many historical attractions. Visited the planetarium and would very much recommend the experience! The apartment is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities but the washing machine and dishwasher were not working when we tried.
  : There was no soap provided and we had to go to (an expensive) mini-market to purchase soap when we arrived.

  : The location of the apartment is perfect, next to the Jernimo monastery and Tejo River, right next to the Marco da Descoberta, Belm tower and in front of the traditional pastis de Belm. Despite only having one bathroom, there are two bedrooms and an improvised bedroom, which are comfortable and accommodated five people very well! Excellent value for money.
  : After I booked the apartment, the accommodation contacted me at least 6 times, on no other occasion and nowhere else in the world was it so slow to travel. They asked me to confirm the check-in time, I did that, they asked me to confirm it again, I confirmed it again, I checked in online and when it was time to introduce myself I had to wait for them to arrive, there was no one there. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned, it was used by the last guests. We can't go in and rest... we had to wait for cleaning until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Furthermore, there is a lack of maintenance in the apartment, there are a lot of broken things. There was no sponge or detergent Our impression was that it was left.
