  : The location was very good and the flat was very spacious and fully equipped with kitchenwear. The single beds were comfortable and the room they were in was very spacious and well lit. It was easy to access with an uber drive from the airport.
  : When I booked I was charged extra and had to get in touch to be reimbursed. The provided door password was not working and I was never updated about it, thus I couldn't access the flat and had to get in touch on my arrival. The flat was on the basement and was often smelling of sewage which was unpleasant. In addition, the atmosphere felt a bid dump as the 2 windows in the flat do not suffice to circulate the air. The double bed was a bit too small for a couple and a bit noisy (squeaky). As we could listen to the noise of people walking and having a shower upstairs, it was a bit noisy to sleep.

  : -The location is really nice, although be ready to hear some loud Fado singing from 19:30-23:00 everyday.(But then again, you can hear traditional singing for free.) -Good sized apartment -Fully- Functional Kitchen
  : The Bed Sheets were sadly a bit dirty under the covers. The pillows werent really that nice, and the smaller room has no windows or possibility of airing out - this resulted in not so great sleep.

  : The location was brillant. Within walking distance to all the historical sites in Alfama and wonderful hill top cafes and restaurants. Lots of hills and cobblestone paths so might not be suitable for pushchairs or those with issues walking. There is a bus and tram stop outside the property. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and shampoo etc. The kitchen seemed well stocked with equipment but we did not use it so cannot comment. There was a code to the front door and apartment (also keys for the apartment) which made entry very easy. Wifi was very good. I would consider staying at other properties under this group. Communications was exceptional, no query was to small and they were very helpful.
  : The enterance to the apt is on the road down from "The Museu do Teatro Romano". The windows, only on one side, overlook the street on the other side of the building. Thankfully our taxi driver knew the place I don't think we would found it. Apt 3 is in the basment, it was dark and smelt of damp and old drains. When we mentioned it to the host they immediately offered to relocate us to another place but we stayed. The bus and tram stop is directly outside the window and go non stop, there is a slight lull in traffic between 12pm and 5am. Soundproofing is none existant and sometimes it was hard to tell if the tennants above us were in our apartment or their own.

  : The location was good and the staff was nice. Also the cheese and wine were really good.
  : The apartment was realy unpleasant. It was very dark and stuffy with only small windows. It was also on different street than the adress on booking.com (close to the orginal) and instead of 2nd floor (2 andar) it was on level minus 2. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and all the time there was a wierd smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen. It was almost impossible to sleep there - the only windows are practically on the street level so you can hear the trams and cars, as well as the pedestrians all the time. At the same time most of the night there were people walking on the staircase and you could hear them talking and walking making the noise even bigger. Another thing is that the streetlamps are just outside, making it impossible to have half of the apartment dark for sleeping (It is impossible to cover half of the windows). The place is also airless and stuffy with hardly any air movement making the temparature inside higher that on the streets. Other than that the online check-in process was very confusing with three different adresses appearing, forcing me to call the reception to make sure where our apartement really was. In the end we had to move out after first night because our kid was unable to sleep there and we were really unsatified with the quality.
