: The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach and with a private garden. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Parking space is good as the town doesnt have a lot of parking available.
: The living room was a bit sparse and not terribly homely. There were 2 sofas at odd angles, a tv that was very old and that was all. The dining area looked lovely so it seems a bit of an oddity. Just needed a bit of a refresh. It didnt really bother us though as we were out most of the time!

: Location and the size of the apartment.
: The apartment didn't seem to be opened or used regularly and the smell from curtains and sofas was terrible. Smelt to humidity.Lack of light globes through the apartment. In main bedroom, at the main entrance (outside). They haven't checked it properly before our arrival.Television and WOWO system, didn't work properly from the beginning and when we tried to fix it without any written instructions, it became useless.Cleanliness wasn't the best.

: The location is excellent, easy parking, near Lagos and some amazing beaches.The apartment is spacious and clean. Most fixtures are available.
: It smells a bit moldy, mostly in the kitchen. The oven didnt work. Kitchen cloth would be nice, as well as extra pillows.

: The wifi worked well nothing else
: Dirty, poorly maintened both showers were faulty, drawers meant for storage were infested with dead spiders, spiders eggs, dust and webs. All crockery and cutlery had to be washed by us to try and get rid of the smell, cupboards in the kitchen smelled of damp. Decoration was poor throughout with signs of damp. Garden was overgrown. We asked friends who have a property close by to put some essentials into the apartment as we were arriving late, when we arrived at 22.45 we found the agents in the apartment removing all the newly bought groceries as they believed they had been left by a previous tenant, the condition of the apartment would indicate that it had been weeks if not months since anyone had been in the apartment , so the fact there was milk, bread butter all still in date makes this argument difficult to accept.
