  : The location was great. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Honestly given the price, I am satisfied.
  : The room was really stuffy with not much ventilation. The shared bathrooms got a little messy at times. The mattress is on the weaker end.

  : The first staff person I met was great, Pedro.He was so helpful, very friendly and informative.
  : The mixed dorm room that I was in was not very comfortable. The room was not big enough for six people and their luggage. There was no storage space at all inside the room. Backpacks and bags were left either in front of the beds leaving only a little space in the middle of the room or it was in front of the sliding door, blocking passage to the outside patio. The lockers were very narrow and you couldn't fit much in them and they were outside the room. There were no curtains or partitions for any privacy in the bedroom. And the bed itself wasn't very comfortable either. There were 2 bathrooms on the floor, each having a shower and they were okay, but not as clean as some other hostel locations I've been in.They closed the kitchen by 10:30pm which was not very convenient and by doing so meant no access to the outside guest-patio which was off the kitchen, therefore no place to socialize in the evenings inside the hostel. They also charged to hold your bags after the 11am check out time if you were still in town for a couple more hours. No where else I've ever stayed at did that.Also they had other charges like if you checked in after 10:30 in the evening they would charge you 20 euros in addition. The towel and locker, however, I believe were free. I paid more to stay at Costa do Sol than I have at any other hostel over my last month of travel, and yet I was most disappointed with this hostel. I changed location after my 2nd night there and found a more comfortable hostel that was also less costly.
