  : The apartment is spacious and within fairly easy walking distance of the marina and central Lagos. The terrace is very large with covered and open areas.
  : There was a slight air of neglect; various items were missing or not fully operational. We could connect to the router but that did not seem to be actually linking to the internet so we had no signal. When reported, we were advised to unplug and then reconnect the router to reset the system. However, that did not solve the problem. The advertised hairdryer was absent. There was a plethora of remote controls, some of which did not seem to relate to any devices present, but not all worked or were fitted with batteries. We found only one working for the aircon units and had to take it from room to room as required. In one bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and water from the sink leaked into the vanity unit cupboard wetting our sponge bags.

  : Totally disappointed.
  : We paid for an air conditioned apartment. The air conditioning units in the main living area and the main bedroom were broken. A maintenance man came over to look at them and was already aware that they were not working. He brought fans - that is not what I paid for. It was 87 degrees during the day. There were a lot of maintenance issues with this unit and it should be taken off the market until they are repaired. I wrote to the owner about the AC not working and the owner never replied back. The listing stated that there was parking but the only parking was on the street which was difficult to find . We had to park away from the building. The mattresses on the beds were as hard as the floor. The pool table couldn't be used because the cue sticks had destroyed tips on them. There was no hair dryer in the unit (which was stated in the listing that there was). We had to go back to the rental office to pick one up. The toilet seat and the faucet in the sink of the main bathroom were broken. Most of the locks on the sliding doors throughout the apartment did not lock. I do not recommend this place.

  : It was poorly maintained overall. Missing slats on the bed meant the mattress fell through and wasnt comfortable. The pool table was filthy and cues had no tips. Stains on the sofas. Air con units not working or with no remote. Lightbulbs missing.

  : The outdoor furniture on the balcony is a disgrace with dirty cushions and holes in the seats - of which there were only 5 for a 7 person apartment. The facilities in the kitchen are very poor. Not enough crockery or glasses. No basic cutlery or corkscrew The freezer door didnt close and leaked everywhere. The fridge was dirty. Also The check-in time is too late. The agency Dream Algarve are more like a nightmare.
