  : We were welcomed at the airport by Marcos, who brought us the car that we've booked with him the last minute. The whole communication was smooth and fast, which we needed due to our problems with the arrival to Madeira.The house is as you see in the pictures... tiny :D but had everything we needed! It was very clean and comfortable.All facilities were in place. The house is a stone throw from the beach and from tons of restaurants.There are couple things i didn't like, but overall we loved our stay!!! So totally recommended
  : If you are having problems with falling asleep, you should get the ear plugs as the house is located on a busy street- it didn't bother us much though.I am unfortunately very sensitive to smell and when entering the flat the air is quite musty - airing helped.

  : Very well modernised little house, well designed well equipped. Excellent location in old town in pedestrianised street with everything you need nearby - basic shops, market, restaurants, cafs, buses, coaches, taxis, cable car, sea etc. Very useful being picked up at the airport by the owner.
  : Bed is not so easy to move up and down if you are short like we are, and the shower fixing was too high for one of us to reach. Spiral staircase to patio is attractive and ingenious, but it is tight and care is needed getting up and down. You can hear diners outside the restaurant opposite conversing up to midnight, but mostly at a low level and it doesnt stop you getting off to sleep.

  : Loved the modern decor & the small rooftop balcony.
  : Woke up each morning to quite a few dead flies in the bathroom and little ants around the property. Didn't bother us too much but had to be cautious with leaving food out (ants all over our bread on the first morning).

  : The apartment is an adorable conversion of a traditional Madeiran house in a very popular art district. You really don't have to go far to find a great selection of restaurants and the beautiful painted doors are all around you. The bed was very comfortable and the little balcony is perfect for a morning coffee with a stunning view of peaceful Funchal.
  : The only thing I would point out was the ventilation. It was a bit difficult to fully ventilate the apartment. An air purifier would be a good solution to the musty smell as it is an old building and the humidity is naturally very high.
