  : Location was excellent and little balcony was nice.
  : The bed was so uncomfortable that even my husband complained and he can sleep anywhere! The impression given on the internet is of a one bedroom apartment, it is never called a studio which is what it is and it should be described as such. There was insufficient cutlery and what there was needed replacing as it was peeling. These are low value items which can easily be replaced. We were there for ten days and I asked for a change of sheets and towels plus a quick clean half way through. If there was a clean then I was not aware of it and the replacement towels smelt so bad that again, my husband complained, and I had to wash them. It was a weird smell, almost like vinegar. For the privilege of having smelly towels and almost no clean we had to pay 27. Considering the length of our stay this should have been included. Above all else there is a safety issue. The only way of getting through the door onto the street for myself was with a key, the door handle was too stiff for me to turn. I reported this. We only had one set of keys. If my husband had been out with these and I had been on my own and a fire started, I could not have got out of the building. Even my husband had problems turning the knob/handle to exit the building. It is for this reason that I would urge anyone booked here already to change their apartment.

  : We didn't like the fact that the photos were misleading in that we assumed there would be a sofa & that it was on the third floor. We also thought there should be a sunshade on the balcony as it had limited use.

  : Excellent location, nice apartment.
  : We had a very bad issue with ants (the small ones that are a plague and come through the tiniest holes). Not an issue but they were too many and got into our food.

  : Our room had a terrible septic odour. Despite staff cleaning, smell remained. toilet was loose . place was very loud (dining room was above our room). got woken up every morning by the sound of chairs/ plates/ etcs movingalso, no air conditioning.

  : The location right in the city. Underground parking provided and within walking distance to most of the places of interest. The size of the apartment is big enough for 2 persons and it's very clean

  : On booking.com they said it was free parking at the accommodation. But in reallity you have to park at a garage 5 min walk and pay per day. But it was cheap so it was ok!

  : Spacious, nice, clean, modern flat with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine dish washer, Super central location. Complimentary items provided: bananas, a small wine, washing liquid, and salt & pepper. Fast communication.
  : Extremely hard bed, leading to uncomfortable sleep. Cannot give a higher review due to this. No tea or coffee capsules available for the coffee machine, had to ask twice to be fixed. Missing toilet paper and a decent shampoo. I suggest discarding the wooden towel hanger due to mold. Accommodation in Madeira is generally expensive

  : The location was perfect, close to the city center but in a quite street. The fully equiped kitchen came handy when we arrived home late from a day trip and didn't want to go out.
  : The bed was little bit hard for our preferencies, a top mattress would be beneficial.
