: Nobody met us at the villa to show us around....and we soon discovered why. Couldn't use the pool as it was full of debris. The villa was damp and smelt musty. Mould and severe condensation issues in all the rooms. Had to clean the wardrobes ourselves just to unpack clothes. Toilet not clean. Mould inside toothbrush holder. Broken bulb in bedside light. Washing machine broken. Drains smelt awful. Old food from previous occupants left in freezer. Furniture stained. Curtains hanging down. Electricity kept tripping out. Urine soaked pillows in one room. 4th bedroom has no windows at all, but not shown in pictures on website. Locks on other bedroom windows faulty. Staff very unhelpful. Wouldn't take calls and only communicated by Whatsapp. Extremely disappointed by the villa and the representatives. Ruined our family holiday and disrupted plans for the few days we were there. Have loads of photographic evidence to show, but the villa managers weren't interested. Eventually had to leave and pay for a hotel!

: Great villa, great pool. Looks amazing. Very clean and spacious. Private. A warm pool is the best.
: The location was a litttle far from everywhere. You must have a car to get around. There was a few power cuts and the oven and microwave didn't work very well. The mattress is very springy

: Amazing villa that is great for families. The swimming pool and grill area are great and the house is big enough. The location is also ideal, not on a busy road (very quiet) but, just 10 minutes - beach, 15 minutes - shopping mall and 25 minutes - Lisbon. Tatiana was always available to help us.
: The beds needs to be renovated to offer the comfort that this type of villa deserves. The way you need to dispose the garbage is a bit annoying.

: It was easy to get the keys and in the house there was nice welcomming gift for us. The Villa manager answers really quickly to your questions. The Villa was clean and had nice decorations.
: We booked our stay via Booking. In Booking there is written that in the Villa there is a heated pool, but I couldn't find any mention that IF you want it to be heated, it needs to be turned on 3 days before and you need to pay extra for heated pool. Also when we made the booking, they ask if you want to have bicycles, but when I asked if there will be those bikes which we asked, we just got information where we can rent bikes if we want.Also in the Villa there is problems with electricity and for example our 2-year old boy got electric shock from one lamp and when the elctrician came by, he couldn't do anything, he just said that don't use it. And that was really badly managed in my opinion. The air in the Villa is really humid, so it is difficult to get for example clothes dry.Also the Villa is so far away, that you need to have car to get almost anywhere.
