  : I traveled to Cascais for 2 weeks and with 2 children (9y.o. and 5y.o.), and stayed in this apartment. It was December 2022, the main reason for our stay was general relaxation, walking around the town and beaches, some sightseeing, visiting Lisbon. I really liked the location of the apartment, it was right in the center, not far from train station, from Auchan supermarket, from beaches and local sightseeing. It was quite a quiet location (except the constructions nearby), maybe because it was not a high tourists season in Dec )) The apartment itself was well-equipped: all the kitchen stuff was in place, all tiny things needed for just arrived people (like trash bags, rags for dishes, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, some butter for the first time, soap, shampoo, etc.) were there! It was really pleasant someone was so thoughtful about this all! All the photos here on booking stick to reality. Most stunning thing for me was the sunrise seen from the windows... I miss it now.
  : Not that these things made our stay terrible, but still worth mentioning. Hopefully, it is not much effort to fix and we just missed to ask for quick help: - autonomic heating system was good, at the same time, the boiler made the water too hot first, then after you have adjusted the water temperature and have your shower for some time, at some point the water gets cold and you need to wait for 1-2mins until it gets warm again; - too soft mattresses in the room with two separate beds (among pluses - although the pillows were quite soft as well, but we had three different pillows for each person, so we could easily adjust who needed which height of a pillow); - as it was central location and not a closed territory, some unknown people ringed to several apartments (including ours) down main door just to come into the house and visit another apartment. it happened several times for 2 weeks, not too annoying, but questionable why they were calling each apartment instead calling the exact host they need.

  : Calm, clean, host is very friendly. Good location Near the beaches. There is everything you need to cook and have pleasant stay
  : It is clean but some of the equipment seems a bit old. Furniture and the apartment itself is not very modern . But this is just if you have to be really nitpicking.

  : Highly recommended to families with small kids. Well-located: in the city centre, close to the train and the bus station, various beaches and a playground park with animals (hens, ducks) walking free. Quiet. The office of the hosts is just around the corner, if you need help or information. They are really helpful and kind. Cascais is beautiful, and the Portuguese are very friendly. The restaurants are excellent. Took day-trips to Lisbon (zoo, aquarium) and Sintra. There are few family-friendly places that offer such a variety of choices at a constant high standard. At the beginning of September it was not crowded at all.
  : Nothing, really. If you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed by this apartment. You'll love the town even if you have unrealistic expectations.
