WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Casa Alexandra - Praia del Rei in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
