WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Welcome Hamper (coffee, tea, sugar, seasonal fruit, olive oil);
- VIP Hamper (1 White wine, 1 Red wine and 1 Rosé wine all VILA VITA, 2 Porches beers, soft drinks, Luso mineral water with and without gas);
- Daily housekeeping services;
- Complementary toiletries;
- Changing of towels and linen twice a week;
- Weekly pool cleaning;
- Included consumption of electricity, air conditioning, gas and water;
- Free WiFi and cable TV;
- Pool heating;
- Under floor heating;
- Central heating.
