When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 13 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please note that the property has 4 floors and no lift access, and is not suitable for disabled guests and wheelchairs. Guests who wish to request accommodation on the lower floor must contact the property in advance.

Please note that WiFi access is only free of charge at the reception area. For Internet access on the Apartments, there are extra costs that must be paid separately and in cash at the property.

Please note that you can check in 24 hours a day at Belive Palmeiras Village, which is located next to Be Smart Terrace Algarve.
