  : The location is fantastic, the room is very comfortable, it's a little small but we managed, the fridge was great but not much room to prep anything but again we managed, we did however miss having an outside space to sit and have a coffee

  : Very thin curtains and too bright at night time. Large cob web above the fridge area. Fridge was very noisy like the building work taking place next door. Shower, hot water was only hot for 5-6 mins then the temperature dropped. No, tv., the owner said she would come and fix it on two occasions but , never did. Susana asked if I wanted to leave. I felt like I was being evict for asking to have water an tv fixed Plus Susana stated. There's only four channels & Do you understand Portuguese She also said; I also told you, you can leave... HOW RUDE...If She spent a few nights there with no, tv and test tried the shower. Susana will understand were am coming from and make the necessary amend ments. Image of the building was no 25? With light blue and white/cream front but, my room was no18, across the road... I WILL NEVER STA THERE AGAINI have ALL text message and will up load if this allows me to.I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

  : The bedroom is very good on the overall! It is also well equiped. It has a private bathroom, some kitchen utensils, a microwave oven and a small fridge.
  : The location is very central (what is a plus), but since it is located in the historical part of the city, there is no parking available, what can be a downside for those going by car. However, there are some parking spots in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The shower might also be a negative point. The water heater doesn't work very well, it can only produce hot water for about 5 minutes at a time. This may be an issue for some people that like hot showers.

  : Door handle broke, couldnt get access to our room all day Susana sorted but it took from 11 amUntil 7pm but was sorted so all okay
