  : Lovely room (room 2) and staff were friendly and helpful. Early check-in was really useful and appreciated.
  : Initial room (3) was ground floor street view despite requesting otherwise. There were also some issues in the bathroom -shower floor damaged and rust around toilet area. Also we had to run the water for 10 mins to get it hot. Really poor in an area that is struggling for water. We were moved 2 days later after chasing up, and this room was a huge improvement.However there is little/no sound proofing so on 2 or 3 nights we were unable to sleep due to noisy guests playing music until 1.30am, slamming doors ,dropping glasses/cups and constantly running water (the water runs down the headboard wall between rooms).I do not think that the owner/staff have spent a night in the rooms to test them, and when we mentioned it, we were told they can not parent guests and must assume they will keep quiet. That is not much use to us when we are stuck in the situation with no one on site. Unfortunately, they don't keep quiet, and perhaps some gentle reminders on check-in might help or a sign near the door asking to respect other guests' comfort?Also, there is no information in the room or communal areas about Alte and restaurants/walks or even directions to the fontes etc. which would have been helpful. Finally, we are hugely disappointed that we were not advised of the building work from 8am to 5pm every weekday immediately outside. Luckily, in room 2, it wasn't as intrusive but still impacted every breakfast with the noise from the pneumatic drill and debris/dust being thrown down the chute from the roof.
