When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

All Inclusive offers buffet breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, supper, drinks (house wine and beers + non-alcoholic) and entertainment children & adults (subject to seasonal demand).

All Inclusive is available all year long.

The available restaurants are as follows (availability and schedule may change and are subject to seasonal demand):

- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;
- 1 Themed Restaurant – available for dinner. It includes 2 meals per Week/guest, Subject to pre-booking;
- 1 À la carte Restaurant – available for dinner. It includes 1 meal per Week/guest, Subject to pre-booking

The All Inclusive also features access to the Relax Center which includes: Indoor heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath.

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.

The hotel can arrange for a PCR test made in the premises (additional costs apply). Guests can book this test directly at the hotel.
