WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 73.50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that in compliance with the Portuguese Law, it is absolutely necessary the presentation of an official identification document (Passport, Identification Card) of each and every person (adults, children, babies) at check-in. Failing to do so, the check-in won’t be able to follow through and the cancellation policy will apply.

Please note that non-refundable rates require a payment of 90% at the time of booking and 10% at check-in. The remaining 10% will be charged at check-in, which must be done with the same card on which the initial 90% was paid. In case of non-presentation of the card, the customer must present another card which will be charged 100% of the stay and at the same time the 90% previously charged will be returned to the initial card.

Please note that if you need to add a VAT number to the invoice of the pre-payment, you must inform the hotel at the time of the reservation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used in the reservation. Should the credit card be different than the one used in the reservation, a new payment is required, and any previous payment will be cancelled.
