: Location of the house was great. The house itself was nice too with nice garden.
: The quality of the beds was very bad and shouldn't be that way for such a house. Also the bathrooms are old and used and need urgent repair. The swimming pool was not headed, something I don't understand that one can construct such a nice house, garden and swimming pool and then not having a heating system for it! Certainly in the Algarve, where you could use it almost all year around, when heated. if not, only two months...

: The villa is located in a good location at praia Gal. The villa itself was very spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with 1 ensuite and 1 separate bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor which has a private bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and to use. There is a dishwashing machine available and washing machine too. The garden is very big and has lots of seating area for the pool but also for outside dinners and relaxation. There is a small bbq available on the property which works greatly. The villa is very good for groups or large families that want to relax and enjoy what Portugal has to offer. The villa is also located right next to the beach with 3 restaurants/snackbars that offer great food. For check in, its a self check in property. The communication with the staff was good and easy over whatsapp before and during our stay. For us it worked excellent, but if you dont like that it could be a problem. You can ask for a personal check in as well if needed. You can park 1 car on the property behind the gate. If you arrive with more cars, you can park it on the parking lot thats in front of the villa with lots of parking space.
: The villa itself was absolutely not clean. Which is disappointing since the price of the property is expensive. Also the draining of the property in the bathrooms is absolutely horrible. The water does not go down while showering, so your feet are standing constantly in dirty water which is disgusting. The beds are hard and a bit uncomfortable and the chairs for the outside area are half broken and uncomfortable as well. Also the bathrooms are very outdated and needs serious upgrading, a lot of things were loose or broken. Unfortunately based on the cleanness of the villa and the outdated interior, I would probably not book this property again for the price that I payed.
