WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
All guest that wish to have an invoice with their details (name, address, VAT number) please add them to the special requests box upon reservation.

Please note the property offers daily maid service, change of towels twice a week, and change of linen every week.

Please note that when booking the Three-Bedroom Villa, a security deposit of EUR 200 will be applied.

Please note that guests staying on New Year's Eve will be charged a security deposit of EUR 500 on the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided that there is no damage to the apartment
