  : Hair on top of the bed. Overall cleaning was disappointing. Bad smell coming from the bathroom constantly.

  : Miguel is a very friendly and helpful guy.Location is near the strip.Big hotel pool.
  : Room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait at the pool with our luggage several hours. After it was cleaned, it was still dirty. There was no toilet paper and only 1 towel each for 5 days. The bed sheet was small and the duvet was missing, so we had to buy one. Shower doesnt drain and starts to stink. AC doesnt cool the room. Fridge takes a long time to cool drinks and food. Balcony above the terrace leaks, so the terrace got dirty all the time. Overall a disappointment.

  : The location was perfect, it was very easy to get transportation to and from the accommodation,
  : Upon our arrival we knew the room wouldnt be ready until just after 4pm, we went and done a few things and arrived back to the accommodation around 4:30pm and the room still wasnt cleaned, I messaged about the room still not being cleaned and I was told they were running a bit behind which was no problem, we left again and arrived back at 7pm and the room was just being cleaned at this time, I was very disappointed by this as I was told it would be ready just after 4pm

  : We booked this property last minute and the accommodated for it on the same day. It was in a good location to the beach and everything that was happening on the strip if thats what you were there for.
  : There were a few things that I thing could be fixed to make this property a little bit better and shown a little bit of love.The aircon is not attached properly to the vent meaning that it didnt really work and it leaked water when we did use it. There were some puddles on the terrace that had come from leaking on the ceiling, would be good if they were cleaned when we arrived. The shelf in the shower was hanging off the wall too and there was an almost empty roll of toilet roll and no back up when we arrived. Our stay was still good but fixing these things would make it very good.

  : The property was trash. Outside constantly driping liquid from the ceiling making it impossible to use the outside in any reasonable manner furniture damaged and floor corroded. Air con didnt work the company was uncontactable said they would partial refund us for the hassle gave us a number that doesnt work. Came at 20:00 to try and repair the AC and stayed till 22:30 at night. No glasses or matching cutlery and dishes
  : Most of the things are broken TV didnt work, AC didnt work corrosive liquid dripping from ceiling can use outside no toilet paper not even one roll bad smell from bathroom and drip from toilet. 1 Towel for 2 guests over 10 days no cleaning. uncontactable on any number and completely disorganised and disgracefull company

  : I loved how central it was, and how close all the facilities where. People and staff where also very friendly and helpful.
  : Would need better accessibility. However still loved the accommodation and will be back.

  : Location. Very close to amenities and beaches. Hotel is very big and busy. Lovely reception and pools. Gardens everywhere with birds. Restaurants on hotel grounds are good, with buffet and good value. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and restaurants.
  : Overall I didnt like the studio. It didnt meet the expectations that the photos on booking.com showed. The studio was a lot smaller and extremely basic. It only had 2 shower towels. Pillows and mattress were very hard. The studio was not cleaned. The bed sheets had stains. The walls had fake tan marks, make up and scratches. The fridge smelled bad. The pipes from the bathroom had a strong smell that spread into the studio all day and night. There was only 1 toilet roll, we had to buy more. The shelves were broken in the bathroom. Our main problem was, the main door would not lock. We struggled to lock the door. I complained to the host and demanded it fixed. It had been like this for longer than we had known and no one cared to fix it. You cant have guests in an apartment were the door does not lock. Its extremely dangerous. The was 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 pan and 1 set of cutlery. It was very basic and short of everything you need to cook. This is a studio for 2 people. You need more than what we were provided with. Our studio looked depressing. The noise is extremely loud. You hear music from bars up until 6am. We were about a 5 min walk from the strip so it was expected to hear noise, but not at loud as it was. You hear shouting and singing all night, joined by loud music. The air conditioning didnt even work. The air was coming from outside ( which was warm ) into the pipes and into the house. So there was never fresh air. Plus the machine was very loud. Overall, the hotel and host were great. We enjoyed the hotel and its amenities. The host was there when we needed him. But the studio is awful, poor looking, unhygienic, basic and very small.
