WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5.50 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Balaia Golf Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Otherwise, details cannot be changed. Please note that the remaining value of the booking must be paid at check-in. Guests wishing to pay the reservation via bank transfer should inform the property through the Special Requests box. Please note: The decor of the apartments vary from each other. Please note that all guests will have to present a credit card at the check-in time for guaranteeing extras or eventual damages. In case clients do not have a credit card a deposit of EUR 50 per person in cash will be requested. On Special seasons like Carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year the following deposits are required instead of the usual EUR 50 per person: - Studios and 1-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 300 is required; - 2-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 400 is required; - 3-bedroom units a deposit of EUR 500 is required. Please note that use of the safety deposit box is at an extra fee.

Please note the damage deposit for the Villa with Private Pool is 300 EUR, needs to be paid in cash at the check in and will be return at the check out after the inspection and confirmation of no damage.
