  : Where to begin? Only Polish is spoken at the location, regardless that the page states otherwise. We got help with translation however missed most of the information such as that the check-out is before 10 AM (the guy translating just nodded when I asked if the check-out is at midday, in the end it was not true, the owner barged into our room at 10 AM). They charged us for towels. Nowhere was it written that towels will not be provided. Bathroom was tiny and the floor was constantly flooding from the pipes underneath. The property has paper thin walls, you hear everything what is happening in common areas. Finally, I had an issue with the payment, as I was not the person who decided the currency which will be used for the payment. You know the rule of "always pay with the local currency" to avoid any surcharges by the host bank? Well, the property owner of Willa Wiktoria decided to exchange my payment by themselves and could not help me to resolve the issue even though that is usually not a problem by re-issuing the purchase. Oh, did I forget, no wifi on the top floor. Parking is promised, but don't hold your breath as the property has extremely limited parking space for the number of rooms.
