  : Great facilities and location is close to the Main Street. Clean and well presented.
  : Accomodation was great. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. We had an issue with check-out, where we were charged 4 times for different amounts. We contacted the property via booking.com message and the staff responded I have no idea and was not helpful. We had to just lodge a dispute via booking.com.

  : Apartment was exactly like on the pictures. Clean, cosy with good facilities. Nice location.

  : The location was perfect and the sauna and hot tub was well needed after a day snowboarding. The apartment was clean, tidy and very nicely decorated and communication with the owners was great.
  : The finish and details of the apartment could be better, not for aesthetics but for safety. For example the sliding doors from the lounge to the outside area wouldn't shut / lock properly meaning there was gaps in between for drafts to get in. We didnt realise when we arrived but they actually werent locked properly for the first day. They do eventually lock but you need to give it some force. There were exposed nails at the back of cubord doors that would often catch you when opening a wardrobe etc. and the walls were very thin, meaning noise was a bit of an issue. Not so much from people partying or being too loud, but you could easily hear people talking, getting glasses of water, using the bathroom etc. Our taxi driver didn't take us to collect the keys like we had asked, so we were met by someone outside the property about 15 minutes after we were dropped off. This was really kind of the property, however I feel like the keys should be picked up at the property itself anyway. Otherwise it is a 10 minute car journey or approx. a 40min walk - which isn't what you want after a flight and then a 2 hour trip from the airport.

  : Clean and modern, good pool and sauna
  : Lots of little things let it down including the check in/out process, lack of basic things in the apartment like towel rail in the bathroom, TVs and remotes didnt work, no frying pans only sauce pans, no oil/salt/pepper for cooking

  : The apartment was close located to the main high street and in close distance to other zakopanes attractions, apartment itself was clean and nicly decorated, kitchen had all that you need to prepare quick breakfast. Lovely outside area , jacuzzi hot bathtub was a bonus too.
  : I was given different apartment to what i booked. Very old tv that only had 2 channels that couldn't have been fixed due to missing additional tv box , when informing reception that we only have to channels and that the apartment is not the one i booked. The receptionist simply said she didn't know why but nothing can be done about .no compensation can be obtained.
