  : Great location and spacious apartment with two sofa beds and a 1 person folded chair bed. Still a good place for a weekend with friends in a big enough apartment for 5 people.
  : The shower wasn't working properly, neither the curtains and the clock were working. Also the key was handed without that much of explanation given.

  : Terrible! The key pick up point is 20 minute walk from bus station & is next to a small supermarket shop, up 2 flights of stairs which is not convenient with a suitcase & in the dark. They have several apartment offices in zakopane, not sure why you cant get the keys closer to your apartment. This was very stressful as a new visitor to the town

  : Apartament very nice and clean and close to gubalowka cable car and krupowki street.
  : Bad communication. I called two days before the check in and who answered didn't speak english. When we arrived at the apartament no one was there, so I called and who answed told me that I have to go to their office for the keys which was 20 min walk. We had to take a taxi to go there with our luggage because the pavement was full of snow. Before I booked the apartament I checked and it wasn't written that you had to go to another location for the key.Also you should provide a kitchen towel, a sheet with some instructions like wifi password and house rules. The apartament is diveded into two apartament. The walls are paper thin. The other VIP guests next door everyday arriving late after 10.30pm and making a lot of noises, shouting almost till 12.00am.

  : the owner of the apartment was not accomodating at all..she doesn't care at all that me and my friend were having difficulty in finding that apartment and she left us freezing outside wandering looking for the apartment..i would never recommend that property to anyone..

  : The staff, problem with check-out. you have to get to the office on the last day of your stay before 11 am despite you have plans. staff doesnt want to get keys or find a solution to leave the key. Unfriendly staff.

  : 1. keys are too far to pick up. we read the reviews and were ready for that, but pick up address/office was not accurate. even after taking a taxi there, we spent 20 min looking for their office. no phone calls were answered to help us. why not invest in a lockbox? why not provide a real phone number since you have the office to meet guests in any case. 2. no elevator, third floor, had to carry stroller up and down every time. bring a small chain to lock a stroller downstairs. 3. broken curtain rod upon arrival. 4. no ventilation in the smallest room. 5. pickup after 10pm was extra money
