  : The staff were quite rude. I was informed I could just stay one night than the originally two booked (so found somewhere else) and still fighting for a refund for the cancellation. Seemed expensive for the value.

  : The location is very near to the centre , very nice & friendly receptionist ( the blonde one), very friendly & helpful too.She even gave us some vouchers to use during our already booked excersions. If we booked the excersions directly from hotel she would have given us more vouchers.
  : The rooms need an upgrade, especially with the heating, mattresses & pillows. Breakfast to include some more european food.

  : Breakfast was the best part of this stay, not perfect, but still good.
  : Parking lot for extra pay should be nice and clean, not muddy and with unmarked lots; room cleaning - we had to make extra complaint to have trash taken out and towels (I shouldn't call those worn out things with this name!) changed, the towels were not only old and worn out, but they were small, too. No real bathing towels; bed (we asked for wide double bed) - awful. Has anybody from staff ever heard about cover matrass if they had to put two single beds together to make it look like wide double bed??? Matrasses - worn out, pillows small and worn out; free wifi - bad and weak, more like soviet electric currency on-off-off-on-off-off; reception service - except check in service this was failure. Bad english (or not understanding) was least of problems, person who we addressed when we found out that no cleaning was done, not only could not understand what was said, but had also no rights to address the problem properly (eg. change the towels), no compensation measures were proposed, they had kind of promotion of Chocholow Terms in form of 15% entry ticket discount for hotel guests and the reception staff even could not offer it to us without extra asking about it. In comparison with other places in same price range we've stopped in Poland (and in Zakopane as well) - this hotel is overpriced for its services.
