  : - nice attitude of the staff - location close to the beach and to the touristic attractions - room facilities including a nice terrace - the parking and the pool were relatively cheap for the area - beautiful garden area

  : - very nice receptionists, there was no problem during arival and departure. Thete was no problem wiht lost room-card - we get new one immediately. - very nice apartment, excellently equipped (TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron with ironing board, dryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, beach screen), spacious rooms with two large balconys - perfectly equipped kitchen - enough storage space for our clothes and other things - electric blinds in the windows - very tasty breakfast - nice surroundings
  : - lots of mosquitoes! - very expensive parking in the hotel garage (80 PLN per day) - it shoud be included in the accommodation - uncomfortable bed - it should be some coat hooks behind the door - we miss microwave and capsule coffee machine

  : The location is great, the architect has made a very good job with the building and amenities. The balconies of our apartment huge, the layout is good, pool looks nice. The parking spaces are a different story, see the negative side of the review.
  : We've arrived at early evening, stopped the car at a narrow gated entrance to the parking, and went to the reception to notify them of our existence. They have told us that there by mistake is no space in the parking of the building our room is in, and we have to park at a different building nearby. So we've unloaded our car and baby, carried all stuff into a via stairs, all while blocking the entrance for cars going both in and out, on our own - and meanwhile, the staff stood up from their reception chairs and... left home! The receptionists were replaced by a guy who's function is beyond my comprehension:- he doesn't speak any foreign language- he actually doesn't speak at all, not even replies to a greeting- all he does is sit deep inside the office and stare into a monitorMeanwhile my family was waiting, eaten by mosquitos, I ventured to park the car. The gated parking clicker did not work. My wife ran to change it. It did not work either. Some unknown lady passing by tried hers - hers did not work also. I will spoil the next 30-minute story for you: the 3 apartment buildings have different gates, different parking spots, and various garages, but ALL HAVE SAME NUMBERS ON CONTROLLERS AND KEYS. That means that there is an internal garage spot labelled 16 and an external parking spot labelled 16, but you don't know, and the mute "guard" guy definitely won't reveal to you which one you got from him (see photo). We could observe confused guests daily, but the reception crew still didn't get any impulse to solve this. They simply don't care, as apparently they are convinced they don't work for a hotel, but for an apartment building, and all short-term-stay guests are annoying insect for them. I have never seen more unpleasant, dismissive bunch. Any queries or concerns we had were met with curt responses, eyerolls, and a palpable air of indifference.
