  : New apartment in good condition, excellent heating system. The beds were comfortable, and there's a washing machine as well (but ideally there should be a drying rack as well). There are two supermarkets close by (Biedronka and Lidl). We had a problem with the TV, we called the service desk, and the service person came quickly and fixed it.
  : There's an powerful outdoor lamp that flickered when we were there (november 2019). The periodic flashes can be seen from the bedroom, so that's a bit irritating. The custodian of the building should take care of that. Also, the guests that are very sensitive to noise/sound should know that the city ferry terminal is relatively close by, so you can hear a bit of the engine hum in the early mornings.

  : Nice new apartment with almost everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is excellent, you can directly see harbor and ships of all kinds directly from the balcony. The flat is close to the city center and not far away from the beach. The parking place (although paid) is a good addition to all of this and I highly recommend to have one.
  : The apartment needs a bit more regular care. Although it is quite new it already shows signs of wear such as bruises on walls and on window blinds. The kitchen's sockets do not seem to work. The seal in the shower corner is coming off. Finally, the sofa/bed in the living room is quite a hassle to unfold and adapt for sleeping - you actually need to unmount 2 main parts to have at least some space - even after that the bed is quite small and not really suitable for 2 adults sleeping next to each other. I would suggest to replace it at least by standard IKEA 140cm sofa/bed.
