: Location, location, location!!! If you are a lucky person and have a room on the right side of the hotel, you can see the promenade with all restaurants, shops and cafe bars. There were about 200 meters to the beach. Breakfast was really tasty. I am really grateful that was included in the room rate. My room (215) was clean and quite comfortable. Everything was alright with my room, except the horrible view (parking lot). You can relax in the swimming pool and jacuzzi but after 4 pm. Unfortunately, they are open for the hotel guests after 4pm.
: Accommodation was absolutely overpriced for the service they offered. In the room, there wasnt air conditioner which was really needed, especially during the hot days. One receptionist was very rude to us, as if our presence was not welcomed. The same problem was with other hotel staff, except cleaning service. Ladies from the cleaning service were very friendly and helpful. There were only 9 places on the parking lot!!! All occupied. I really dont understand, how such a big hotel can have only 9 parking spaces???Throughout my whole stay I felt like an intruder. In my opinion, the hotel staff focused more on guests from foreign countries, just because of tips in euro :/ So if you pay in euro, you are always welcome!!

: Absolutely NOTHING!Well, I don't even know where to start...There is a woman, which works at the reception, who was SO SUCH RUDE AND UNPOLITE with us. Im so disappointed. DISGUSTING... She yelled at me, ignored us when we asked for informations, scow evil eye all the time, I asked for her name, SHE REFUSED ME TO PASS IT. THE SAME WHEN I SOLICIT FOR HER BOSS; etc... not even an apologize after all. All that cos a problem of the book/reservation management. Ive never saw that on my whole life. Obs: There is a man (Receptionist) which has nothing to do with it. Inadmissible!!!Shower broken (I burned my back) because the the hot and cold water regulator is interchanged; and all the time it changes alone to more pressure of water and colder than hot or vice versa. We paid for full board, but they didnt offer to us the lunch. We had only the breakfast and the dinner. Which is very unfair and I will take a run at it, AS WELL! In the cafeteria they are super punctual when it comes to removing dishes, food ... if breakfast is scheduled to end at 10:00, everything is taken away at the same time. They should wait at least 20 minutes... and not that way. Indelicate. We have seen many guests having problems also in different aspects and sectors.Small room for the price charged. Not even a water in the room minibar. Anyway, plus: Before we got at the hotel, we were already having hassles. We sent a lot of messages to the hotel (nothing hit back) We called the hotel 9 times (nobody answered) later we discovered out that the number informed to booking is another and not that one (+48 91 327 95 07) that they show (I have shoot screens/proofs of everything). Booking should be careful what they accept to show, what they accept to have as a partner... We will never go back to that place and we do not recommend anyone to go. No booking anymore, too. Catastrophic and congestive situation!

: Entrance staff is very nice and polite! The hotel is located at the beach, very nice spot and really central for beach days and restaurants.
: Staff at the restaurant is very hectic!! Guests are not able to select their food proberly as staff is disturbing with renewing 'empty' plates (plates are not even half empty) and pushing away guests from the buffet. Facilities look quiet new but actually they are not, not really clean, water is not running proberly and smells.
