: Nice apartment, all needed equipment inside, clean, quiet. Nice location. Really great for a short term stay,
: The given address s 11 "Walicw" is totally missleading. That entrance it blocked. I had to walk around the corner and enter from Grzybowska. Doing this at night and rain with luggage is a total desaster. Plus the entrances to the different parts of the building are not marked properly. It took me 30 to 40 minutes (with my luggage) to find the place. I was mad. Also i had the impression that there was parking, at least i had selected this filter. At the end it was unsecured parking in the streets. Another thing is that all power sockets are centrally switched off and on via a standard switch for a light. Very confusing. My question via email how to get power to the sockets - outlets was answered 1 day after my email. The callcenter is difficult to reach. The entire thing is automated and cost optimized, but at the end the service, especially in an urgent situation is a mess. On top I got a call 3 hours after check out. I was already on the highway and was told that i had forgoten a small black bag in the apartment. I wasnt sure what the guy was talking about and said i would call back. In the callcenter i then got 2 different persons who had no glue. Via email i demanded to send me a picture of this bag. Still do not have it. Thus: Good apartment as long as you have no questions and no problems.

: Easy self-check-in Good location
: Paid for the booking and found that they charged an extra 70$ for the apartment. It is NOT a currency conversion or any fees, the request to the bank was already in $, but not local currency as it should be (no idea how they do it legally). Asked the host to have a look at this, but they declined saying that it was a currency exchange and it was not them who processed the payment overall (WHAT?). WIFI didn't work and the host promised the whole week that it would be fixed soon and provided additional "recommendations" on how to live without it.

: Location is amazing! I would stay around again. Flat was clean and has almost everything you need for comfortable stay. Communication with management was smooth and we didnt have any issue during our stay.
: Pillows should be replaced. It would be great if there were blackout curtains and one more set of bedclothes and free of charge crib.

: The apartment is great, situated in the newly build house, with lots of restaurants and food stores around. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is great, near center with great public transport around.
: The renting company is the worst thing bout this apartment. As I understand i am not the thirst one to have problem. We did't have one bed sheet on arrival-i called the renting company, wrote e-mails, and for 3 nights nobody solved the problem. So the apartment is great, just until the moment you have any problems, because they won't be solved. Also in the booking they offer continental breakfast, but no information on where it is possible to order or to get the breakfast:(
