  : What to start with. This time communication was below the 0. We left a message with a request for the property, we understant that there might be things we have to pay extra, but you can contact your guest before arrival.We have stayed in this place twice before this time, both times we had our tiny well behaved dog with us. Didnt have to pay for it. Now since September of 2023 you have to pay 60 zlt per day, which is nothing huge, but if you see that your guest have stayed and your policy has changed, just give a heads up. But that was not it. After check in receptionist mentioned this, but said that we can pay when we check out (we stayed 4 days, 3 nigths). The second day there was different receptionist which got in the way to the elevator and demanded that I pay right at that moment. Okay, no problem, but you can ask and do that politely.Second problem, we kindly requested that One Bedroom apartment we stay in, if possible, does not have sofa in front of enterance door as we have seen in the Booking that there is different settings available and we just dont feel comfortable. And a few minuted before our arrival we checked Booking and saw that another 3 apartments we available, so they were not sold out. Uppon arrival, I already thought that it is the same apartment we stayed last time and it has sofa in front of the enterance door, as our key did not work, receptionist gave us another key (and there were several times key did not work) and came up to check if we will get into the room. We asked - if all One Bedroom apartments has sofa in front of the enterance. Silence. And a moment after quietly - No, not all of them. And just left.Third problem, apartments are very hot, climate control / conditioner does not work and when we checked air wents they look like they have not been cleaned for a very long time. So it was hard to sleep.Fourth, bed are very stiff and you have only one small blanket for two adults.

  : The location was ok. Not super convenient but wasnt too bad. Apartment was clean.
  : It was not a great stay. We got an apartment that could supposedly fit 6 people. There was only 1 mirror, which was in the bathroom, which you also couldnt lock, so getting ready with 6 people wouldve been annoying. The drainage of the shower area was also no good. Was already clogged before our first use. The living room was unnecessarily large. Could fit another bed there rather than have such a huge living space with a sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom itself was a bit hard. The apartment needs a few more hanging hooks. There was no space to hang up our coats and the only hanging space was in the closet. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and over a couple of nights during our stay, there were constant thumping/banging for hours and up to midnight from the level above but when we notified reception, all they said was that they have no control over that part of the building. So it was an uncomfortable noisy couple of nights. The staff were not friendly.

  : The location was good, close to the main train station too and with many options for food etc nearby.
  : The air condition was malfunctioning. There was no option to set up the temperature, therefore the room was too hot. The hotel employee said that they are aware of the issue and to "just open the windows", however, with this option the room was obviously noisy and cold. The issue was never resolved and the air condition in our room remained closed during our stay.The power plugs were in inconvenient places (under or behind furniture).One of the water switches in the bathroom sink was barely working. Water drainage in the bathtub was unreasonably slow. Also, water was easily spilt all over the floor. Finally, the flush in the toilet was getting blocked by... the toilet seat itself.Much better options out there in that price range.
