  : The host didnt put the keys in the mailbox and we had been staying under the front doors around 1,5 hour. There was extremely dirty, the facilities didnt work (TV, floor lamp), also there was the absence of microwave, debit safe, toaster, wine glasses), the sockets was really old and unreliable, the toilet was staggered, the shower stall was leaking, the kitchen facilities was awful and really old. The host refused to provide us with the essential facilities like microwave, toaster, TV and the debit safe that was mentioned in the raider.
