  : The apartment's location is great, it's right in the Old Town center. The landlord was nice in communicating with us and some troubles were fixed. However, most of the apartment maintenance issues remained unresolved.
  : There are a lot of issues with the apartment and it seems like the landlord is not checking on those issues. To start with, the cleaning services which were provided PRIOR to our check-in were extremely poor. The cleaning services fee is a mandatory expense included in the cost for an apartment rent. The cleaning staff thought that the strong smell of chlorine would make the apartment feel clean, while the tangles of dust under beds/corners, everywhere on the furniture and furniture shelves, aging dirt on the windows, window sills and space between them showed otherwise. Right at the check-in, when we entered the kitchen, dishes and utensils were poorly washed, grease on all glasses and glass dishes including food leftovers and remnants of lip/finger prints; one pan and one pot were unwashed, left in the stinky oven with food and grease leftovers. Curtains in both rooms are dirty too. With such a "welcome" we never asked for a cleaning service again. There's no hot water in the kitchen, only cold. The refrigerator doesn't cool, only the freezer is operational, so food can go bad in a day or two. Bathroom: the bathroom hot water system operates via old gas boiler, however, the hot water is off and on; the internal bathroom door frame is torn off and hangs loose; electrical socket in the bathroom (as well as in the living room) is loose and half way falling out of the wall, is extremely dangerous to use... The bed linen, pillows and blankets are very old, with the holes in some places; decorative pillow cases on the living room sofa were unwashed and dirty. The apartment needs maintenance and a general cleaning! All in all, not to go into every detail, we asked booking.com to consider partial refund which was provided by P&O Apartments based on our complaint.

  : Amazing location.
  : There were problems with hot water, there was none in the kitchen. there could have been more dishes, we bought and left a couple of normal-sized glass cups to drink tea from. We were 4 people and 2 toilet papers were left for 3 days. Be careful with the chairs, they all fall apart, I almost bought wood glue and glued them. The water heater was very dirty, it looked like someone had heated the plastic in a teapot, we bought a special cleaner and cleaned it so we could get warm water for tea and coffee. It is noted that there is Internet, but it cannot be called modern Internet, one could barely open an e-mail. But as I noted at the beginning, the apartment is appropriate for the location and price.
