  : Breakfast and location (off the center) were just as we expected. We enjoyed these two aspects very well. Parking options were also very good.
  : The rooms. The first room allocated to us had a broken toilet seat. When we asked for it to be fixed, the staff helped us switch rooms. But the real problem was the fact that the rooms were totally NOT SOUNDPROOF. At midnight the guests in the neighbouring room came and started yelling very loudly which caused us to wake up. We mentioned this at the reception and the staff said, she would send security to ask them to quiet down. After the security made his request and left, they started yelling and talking loudly again. We had to call the reception again and they said they would send security again and if they didn't stop now, they would be asked to leave the hotel. Even after the second warning, the people didn't quiet down. This was going into 1 am at night. We went down again to the reception and asked them what were they really going to do about it as this was completely unacceptable behavior on part of the guests. At this point it became very clear to us that the hotel had no intention to take hard measures to stop such disturbances as the staff started saying we can give you earplugs, the security will talk again, only you are complaining, these complaints have come in the past but not much we can do (IMAGINE!!!!) etc etc. I said if the people didn't quiet down, why don't you call the police? They refused to do so, and I had to say that if they didn't want to do it we would call the police ourselves. After that the security went and warned them and finally, the people quieted down. After that, however, the next room started playing the TV and all that noise also came in and we had a very very bad night of barely sleeping. This is why we decided to cancel our next stay at the hotel. We booked this hotel as a rest stop in the middle of a long road journey in a quiet off-center location, and the inability to even get a good night's rest really ruined our experience in this hotel and for the onwards journey.

  : Okay Hotel. Needs a make over. Good food in the restaurant.
  : Needs a make over. Scartches in the furniture and on the walls.

  : The rooms were clean and they offered good breakfast and dinner was okay too.
  : The stuff spoiled our first night of accusing us for unpaid stay. We payed month before and were assured by booking.com about our payment. They didnt check with booking.com and right jumped into conclusions, before looking it up.
