: Good, quiet location, perfectly connected to all means of public transport. Local shops, cafes and even park nearby. Kitchen well equipped, also massage shower was great.
: There is some problem with sewage connection to shower therefore the smell for sewerage system is coming into whole flat when shower syphon runs out of water. Also got stuck in the elevator for couple times but somehow solved it quick :D

: it was probably the location.. pretty close to the subway thats it
: we arrived waaay past after the communicated time but upon our arrival we saw there was no cleaning in the apartment at all like linens lying on the floor and garbage tins filled up and over with the trash just in the kitchen cabinet. We had to call the owner for the cleaner to come over (which she did). nevertheless we had to wait outdoors for 35 minutes before it was ok to enter the accommodation Another thing is the smell from the drainage which actually haunts you while youre there. So short stay was a plus.

: Pleasant facilities and comfortable beds, enough space for a small group. The lights were flickering in the bathroom, but otherwise we found it quite nice and spacious. Good choice for those looking for a more quiet/green neighborhood.
: To receive check-in instructions, the host asks for a separate (refundable) deposit wire payment after you make a booking here; this wasn't disclosed at the time of the reservation. Location is only convenient if you travel by taxi most of the time, as we did. It's not really close to the historical or busy center by any means, and there are only compact convenience stores within the walking distance. Although the facilities had more or less everything we needed, some essentials you'd typically expect in a rented apartment or a hotel were missing. The next guests are welcome to use the shower gel and shampoo we had to purchase on the 1st evening, I guess. The location + the need to purchase some essentials left us with an impression that the reservation is relatively overpriced.

: That I booked only 2 nights and found another place where I can spend them.
: Many small issues which resulted in poor score. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation until some necessary comfort fixes are made.First of all you should get rid of the big hole in the toilet/bad which produces a terrible smell. Then the fridge can't be opened without hitting the facility underneath and many other issues like that.
