  : Apartment is good, location is nice - 30 min walking distance from Rynok square
  : Contacting with apartment is only by chat on their site. I had urgent accomodation and it took me some time for solving payment issues

  : have written so many times and this must be the last time. I expect to get the money back.complaintsInstructions:1. There are no boxes on right gate side, it is on the left side.2. There are no box marked with 5( Most guests get help of the neibours)3. Internet does not exist. FunBox3 -FB32 is not availible4. TV does not work5. The picture of the room on Booking is not the flat we booked.6. No possibilities to phone and talk to the host.7. No contact for the lamp at the bed8. No glasses for water.9. No oven as in the description. Only micro!10. Only one bad clothes hanger in the wardrobe.11. No frying pan12. On Booking it's written Reception open 15 to 00, no reception exits!13. o chairs only two barchairs!14. I have asked you to call several times, but no call.And so on.That must be enough to re-payin the money.Anders Bovin

  : Studio-apartment fully equipped and located in the very center of the city with everything around.
  : There were no chairs in the apartment and I had to wait 5 days to have them

  : Location, super helpfull and attentive staff, clean and it was relatively cool inside (which is important for a flat w/o AC in the hot summer
  : There was a distinguished smell, not sure if it was old furniture or what. It was bearable but off putting

Disappointing

  : location was good. and it was quiet
  : It was dirty. we killed 3 cockroaches. The fridge was broken so everything in the fridge was frozen. The curtains we too small to cover the window. The power outlets in the bedroom were unreachable. I mentioned the dirtiness and the broken fridge immediately. They responded quickly that someone would contact me to fix it, but nobody reached out. When I complained they just referred me to a complaint office and they responded automatically that they would return 1/3 of the price. When I asked for 1/2 (since it was really expensive and the standard was really low, I mean cockroaches walking the apartment and we had to sleep there 3 nights!!!) I didnt get any response.

  : It had only one, government controlled TV channel, full of propaganda. There was no independent alternative channel in language other than Polish.
