  : Very nice place to stay in Szczawno-Zdrj. Only a few minutes walk to the park and restaurants. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar with a nice fireplace which is enjoyable on cold winter evenings. The staff were very professional and friendly. I would defintely return.
  : Our room was a little dated but comfortable.

  : Actually I am angry to booking.com. Not to hotel. Because they accept all what they hear from hotels. This hotel on sale as 4 stars. It is not. Forget 4 stars not 3 not 2 also. It is basic, old, countryside pension by old, out of anything rooms. No water pressure no proper hot water no reception who you can communicate beds are old as hell, thin as A4 copy paper your body feel wood carcass , pillow same and nothing extra. You can not even wash your face in sink because if glass extension is so low so long and you can not make your head close. So many things I can count but pointless. It is basic primitive old pension. You should not promote as 4 stars. And it wasn't worth 50 at all not even 30. What they called breakfast was catastrophic coffee same , I didn't touch. Pass.

  : Very good and plentiful breakfasts. Very good location, quiet and peaceful.
  : Useless Internet. Very cold apartment one of the three heaters was not working, no temperature control. Lots of dust under the bed in the bedroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

  : Was very stressful. Parking doesnt make you feel safe about your car. Strange area and dirty rooms with spiders.

  : A nice place near to the colonade. The restaurant and a bar that closes only at 10pm. We had a spacy apartment, nicely exuipped, maybe at least sugar or salt could be added. The breakfast was just basic, but the coffee was really good (which is something that you appreciate in the morning"). The whole spa area is a little bit sleepy and has a very calming effect. In night the city looks beautifuly creepy, we really enjoyed that atmosphere - the end of the season like:)
  : Everything was great, except of temperature (it only became warm in the apartment on the second day of our stay) and beds (not much comfortable matraces). There should be something added to the choice for breakfast for kids, like fruits or porridge or granola.
