  : Peaceful location overlooking the town, beautiful building and great premises. easy to access with a car. Room was large and bathtub, toiletries etc. everything up to standard. Spa area was wonderful as well as the bar and dining area. Very good breakfast with bacon & eggs made to order. Not a huge selection but good quality items. Peaceful, calm atmosphere (it was off-season when we visited). Had a good aromatherapy treatment in the spa as well. Prices in restaurant, bar etc. were reasonable and especially the coctails were excellent. Great place to relax and trek in the wilderness!
  : Reception did not speak many words of English, neither did the staff at the restaurant. Staff was quite serious-looking and did not speak much at all, maybe due to language barrier, but would have expected a bit more helpfulness in a five star hotel "hope you enjoyed your stay", "is there anything we can help with" etc. Cleaning staff insisted on cleaning the room (did not understand English either) when we had just returned to the hotel, had to wait in our bathrobes in the hallway for fifteen minutes for them to finish. So the service dropped one star from otherwise five star experience. For Polish speakers, it might be different -- we did get very good service via email beforehand, just not much kindness during our stay.

  : The service was world-class, even during COVID we were served individually at the buffet and there was also table service. The food in the restaurant was excellent, a varied and interesting menu. The room was amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and room is very spacious with the largest private balcony I have seen in any hotel. We booked a junior suite.

  : The setting is very attractive, if the weather had been nice and we could sit outside, the sound of the birdsong in the trees was amazing. The room was very pleasant but the dark interiors suffer when the weather is gloomy outside.
  : The restaurant is a disaster, the menu is constructed to impress with unusual combinations of flavours but which don't work. Particularly in the case of appetizers, the serving is in piles of basic ingredients leaving the challenge of mixing to the diner who like the chef has no idea how to combine them. Veal was a piece of some fatty meat on a bone, I strongly doubt it actually was veal. The meal was the worst I've eaten in years, they should stop the grand metal covers over the plates until there is something worth revealing. Shame that there's no way to add the photos of the food to the review. Add to that the advice on wine, strongly discouraging the house wines (so why are they house wines if so bad?) and pushing towards expensive but very average wine.The spa hours are too short, it should stay open later for adults.

  : Very nice hotel, nice property, clean rooms, good breakfast, good location, walking distance from the city center, the hotel provided free parking.
  : My biggest issue was, that the pillows were so uncomfortable, so soft that I could not get a good sleep at all. Also, it was so cold in the room and we could not turn the heat on, it was not working.The bathroom scale was broken, it was not working. The toilet seat was not properly fixed or it was also broken and it moves when someone tries to sit on it.
