  : Worst experience I ever had. I wrote in application chat to ask if reception is 24/7, but no one answered. Entrance gates were closed when I came at 10pm. From my third phone call attempt someone replied, but dropped phone soon after I started explaining situation in English. There was other person trying to check in with me who managed to call guard by literally climbing on the fence. Receptionist was heavily drunk!! After I asked if she speaks English, she replied: "You are in Poland, we speak Polish here." I know just a little words in Polish so I barely passed the check in process. In 10 minutes someone was trying to open my door - it was the other guy who tried to check in as he received keys for the same room. Unknown person knocking at my door was the last straw, it was not safe to stay so 5 minutes later I left the room and slept at another place I had to urgently find. Next morning I came to leave keys and was allowed to leave 1 day earlier without extra payments (I only paid for this one night). There was another receptionist who again asked me to speak Polish. I did not do cancellation because booking says I would pay fee of 1 day. So I basically paid 180PLN for stress and insults.

  : Reception person almost didn't speak English. Reception person was not able to find my reservation that I made via booking.com The triple room I have been ordered was presented in the new building. The room was dirty, full of smoking smelt. On my request to present another room it was said that there is no possibilities. For us it looked that hotel was almost empty. Parking place is moved not so far from the hotel, but the security of car was disappointing. Invoice at leaving was prepared longer than 20 minutes. My answer is based with our stay in the past, when we were happy wit the rooms quality and cleanness, services level, etc.

  : Perfect for one night stay before departure. There is also possibility to leave a car in hotel parking. The taxi price from hotel to the Warsaw Chopin airport is about 10 euros.

  : Bed is old, uncomfortable and DIRTY.Room is dusty.They use a table cloth on the bed, instead of a sheet. You are forced to lay on a dirty mattress do you understand? It doesn't even fit the bed. I would not recommend staying here.It was one of my more disappointing stays.
