  : Nice neighbourhood, the hotel area has lots of trees and a lake. There was a security guard actively checking on the parked cars and the parking is very well illuminated, this is welcome considering its close to a racetrack and some expensive cars standing around. Small shopping centre just a short walk away.
  : The room was bad. It just does not look like any of the photos. Maybe there are nice rooms available, but mine was not one of them. It was small, the bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable, but the worst was the smell. It smelt like no one had been in there for years, had to open the windows to let some air in otherwise it would have been difficult to stay inside.

  : The hotel looks recently renovated as all the woodwork looks relatively new, so do the bathrooms, in comparison, to other hotels I have been in this week in PL. The Hotel is directly on a lake, that is quite nice On internet there is a fee for parking, however that is a non guarded outside parking, but in the end this seems not charged. Very good english is spoken at the reception, this is not the case everywhere in PL.
  : That for ecological reason (less sheets to wash) and economy (more rooms in less space) there are nowadays a lot of hotels that have Single rooms, I can understand. However for a little over 6m2, with a single bed, that is really too small/narrow: when you turn; you, or fall out or Slam your body against the wall, that is for me a real no go. I was in a room, at the end of a long corridor, there was No internet there, they definitely need to invest in Extra routers/ repeaters. I think with 600 Zpl for 2 nights without breakfast is on the expensive side, for being in a village, not in a big town.

  : Nothing at all; only the panorama at the lake gives a good impression.
  : Furniture is from the 2080, aircondition from the 90s but most surprised about the service! Everyday another surprise, one time everything was cleaned but only bed was not made/not really understandable! Next day one coffee pot was cleaned, second one was missing. Day after toilet paper was not replaced, and so on. And as a real final, not able to print or in minimum copy the existing out printed bill, only being able to give a short receipt.Have to say thats a clear management story and be sure, never will have such an experience again. So best to avoid Best Western in Poznan

  : Location, serenity, and the comfort of the beds and sheets.
  : Paid parking 30 zl per night, need a key from the reception to open the gate leading to the lake, hotel flooded and all guests needed to leave the hotel. I was relocated to a sister hotel downtown Poznan..Unfortunately, the flooding exposed weak points of the hotel that it needs much more maintainability and perhaps major renovation.
