: the location is the only thing i liked. the place is right on the shore of the lake
: Sound isolation in the rooms is non-existent. You can hear every walk in the corridor, every squeak of the doors etc.. There was a very loud party next to the building, and even though i was warned about it one day beforehand, that did not change the fact that it interfered with my plans to get some good rest. I was also suprised to find that the toilet and bathroom were shared - although the pictures of the apartment gave a feeling that it was inside the apartment. For the price charged this is super bad price/quality ratio.

: Luck of mosquito net on windows, luck of fan in the house. Smoking by neighbours allowed just in front of the house/ window.
